REFUND POLICY

At “Greenherbs Dispensary” our top priorities are customer safety and satisfaction. We take customer comments and complaints extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make any negative experience right.

It should be noted that “Greenherbs Dispensary” does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our industry and payment systems, we are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product.

In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.
